Great location and perfect for a 5-7 night stay

Like most accommodations in Tokyo, it is ‘cozy’, but very practical. The clothes hooks and baggage storage under the kitchenette area made a big difference in decluttering. The location was a quick stroll to Akihabara station and the local metro lines are around the corner. The kids loved it. The loft bed on top of the 2 double beds is great for a teenager that wants ‘space’.

A microwave and a slightly bigger bar fridge would of made it even better.

Simple and central, no frills but no complaints.

Great location. Simple. Clean and comfy. TV and projector were great.

Exceptional

We love this place. It's safe and secure, clean and comfortable. It's easy to check in and check out. The staff are easy to communicate with and are helpful. The place is an easy walk to multiple train lines, grocery stores, and convenience stores. We've stayed here twice and would recommend this place to everyone.

Very Good

Went with friends and family of 5. The room was able to accommodate all of us. Beds were extremely comfy. Loved the tatami area. The toilet was really clean. The distance to the center of Akihabara was short and walkable, and multiple stations can be found nearby.

Just occassionally the shower head might come off from time to time, but otherwise, we were thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sakura Cross Hotel Akihabara - A Great and Affordable Stay in the Heart of Akihabara

The staff were very courteous and accommodating throughout our stay. They were also quick to respond to any additional requirements we had in relation to our visit. The room was tidy and had a great view. The air-conditioning was greatly appreciated during the hot weather and the fridge was very useful too. The location of the hotel was in a great spot of Akihabara and was in walking distance of convenience stores and the train station, as well as a multitude of attractions. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in Akihabara and would happily stay here again.

The main room smelled of drains when we arrived, however this was quickly alleviated once we ventilated the room by opening the window.

Wonderful

Convenient location good room with everything that's needed. Clean. We liked our stay.

As others have mentioned some street noise is noticeable, but mainly car related white noise. Did not bother us at all, and our baby slept soundly through the night. They do provide earplugs. Just in case.

Wonderful

Beds were very comfy. Lots of shower options, and the room was super clean. Easy checkin too!

Navigating the bunk bed was a little tricky. Also the TV was too big, but we didn’t really use it.

Small hotel with easy self-check-in. Don't pack too much stuff and keep clean.

The communication from the hotel before we arrived was exceptional. They clearly explained the check in process so that when we arrived, we had all the information we needed to handle the self-check in. Even though we hardly saw any staff, everything was straight forward enough that we could handle things ourselves. If we needed staff, ways to contact them were clearly visible near the main elevator. The hotel was easy to find, with clearly labeled outdoor sign.

There was little room to take off your shoes right in front of the door, because the area where you could wear your shoes was in the same radius as the door opening. This meant that you had to shuffle around the door to stay within the permitted area. The walls were very thin to the outdoors. This meant you could hear everything that happened outside, including a conversation of people talking on the sidewalk. I advise bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

I would stay at Sakura Cross Hotel Akihabara over and over again! Highly recommended!!

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a balcony and a full mini kitchen. The bathroom was big with a separate toilet room. Very quiet building and cannot hear any road traffic noise from outside. Very near multiple train stations. The double beds are very big and comfortable.

The location and proximity to train stations. The rooms were relatively larger compared to other properties.

No regular cleaning service. No assistance provided for luggage transfers.

I will definitely be returning. I had a great time and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

The room layout was great for three people. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the AC was cold and powerful.

No complaints.
